Dana Morris joined The O'Quinn Law Firm in 1992, working with Rick Laminack and Tom Pirtle since the inception of the breast implant litigation. After devoting years to the culmination and completion of the breast implant docket, Ms. Morris has continued to concentrate on mass tort litigation, including diet drug actions, with some commercial litigation. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Texas. Ms. Morris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance in1988 from the University of Texas at Austin. In 1992, she received her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law, where she was very active in the nationally renowned advocacy program. She served as a director of the Board of Advocates and received the Outstanding Contribution to the South Texas College of Law Board of Advocates in 1992. Ms. Morris is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Houston Bar Association.
