Jonathan Stoger practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation and mass torts. He joined The O'Quinn Law Firm in 2003 from a private practice focused primarily on civil litigation and civil appeals. Mr. Stoger has been the lead attorney on numerous civil appeals that were heard by appellate courts throughout the State of Texas as well as by the United States Courts of Appeals. He has represented clients at oral argument, and has acted as first chair trial counsel on civil matters ranging from personal injury lawsuits to will contests. Mr. Stoger is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin in 1993, with a Bachelor of Arts in government. After obtaining his law degree from the South Texas College of Law in 1996, Mr. Stoger was admitted to practice before the State Bar of Texas. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District for the Southern District of Texas, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Stoger is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Houston Bar Association.
