Melissa Lindsey Bezet began working at The O'Quinn Law Firm in 2004, as a law clerk to the Honorable Russell Lloyd. She joined the firm as a trial associate in March 2006. Ms. Bezet practices in the areas of employment, civil, and commercial litigation. Ms. Bezet was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and received her Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University in 1999. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2004 from the University of Houston Law Center, where she received the Prudential Life Insurance Scholarship and served as the President of the Health Law Organization. Ms. Bezet also has three years of experience in human resource management. Ms. Bezet is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association.
